Shipping and Return Policy
We hope you love your merchandise! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can email sales@urbanhippie.biz to request a return.
Once approved, we will email you a return label (U.S. orders only).

Returns must be received within 30 days of original order date.
IMPORTANT: If you choose to request a return label, once the item is received and is in original condition with tags attached, we will issue a refund via store credit (excluding $7.95 for return shipping charges).
Once the return is accepted and processed, we will email you your store credit via a gift card. Your gift card can be used both in-store and online, and does not expire.
Once tracking shows the package has been delivered, we are no longer responsible. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy Conditions
Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and tags attached.
If there are any stains, makeup, or wear we will not be able to process the return.
We will also not process any returns that do not have ALL tags originally attached.
All jewelry, shoes and intimates (bralettes, bodysuits, etc.) are non-returnable. All final sale items are non-returnable.
Any item that is returned after 30 days from the original purchase date will not be refunded. If you would like the item sent back to you, please let us know and we will ship back to you with an $8 shipping fee.
Please allow two business days for processing once we have received the return.
Damaged Merchandise
For damaged merchandise, you must contact us within three days of receiving your item(s).
Once you receive our return label (U.S. orders only), you may send back for replacement for store credit depending on availability. Once we receive the damaged item, we will re-ship or either issue a refund or store credit.
You MUST return the damaged item for replacement, refund, or store credit.
Shipping
We ship domestically via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Shipping.
Orders are shipped daily Tuesday through Saturday if the item is in stock. Inventory is turned quickly, and you will be notified if item is no longer available.
All orders will receive tracking information by email.
Shipping Cost
Free Local Pick-Up: Items may be picked up at the Fort Wayne location only during open business hours.
You will receive an email once your order has been processed notifying you that your order is available for pick-up.
Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 shipping charge is available for all purchases up to $99. Free shipping over $99 Free Shipping is automatic via USPS Priority Mail.
All packages will be shipped either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Shipping depending on weight. Packages are not insured.
There may be additional delays due to weather, holidays, or postal issues outside of our control.
We do not offer international shipping.
Any packages returned due to incorrect address will be charged a flat rate of $8 for re-shipping. Please verify your address is correct before checking out.
All shipping addresses are printed directly from your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or alter shipping addresses once you place your order.
We are not responsible for lost, tampered, or stolen packages. Once tracking shows delivered to the proper address, we are unable to help.
